The S.T.E.P. Process

Throughout your life you have probably had some form of coaching in the past- a loving parent, a supportive teacher, a driven athletic coach and all of these “Coaches” have helped you become the person you are today. In the first step of this process I offer support, guidance and companionship for you to discuss your thoughts and emotions. Throughout our time together I will be an unbiased partner and allow you to express your dreams and desires without fear or judgment. Knowing that you have someone in your corner with you can make all the difference.

SUPPORT

We will work to improve the quality of your life through a process of self-discovery and learning. Together, we will work to identify where you are now, where you want to be and what is getting in the way. I will help you recognize the areas of life where you want to grow, then together we will form goals that will help you transform your life in ways you never thought were possible. Through this transformation you will gain a better understanding of yourself, how you interact with others and with the ever-changinG world around you.

Learning to believe in yourself and acknowledging that your feelings and emotions are valid will empower you to fulfill your goals. Together, we can help you find your voice, improve your confidence and deal with things like anxiety and stress which may be holding you back. Recognizing what you need from yourself and others will empower you to take control of your life and STEP forward to a better you.

I will hold you accountable and help you to strategize how to reach your goals and dreams through action steps that will move you forward to the next amazing chapter of your life. After working through the S.T.E.P process, you will be able to navigate any challenging situation with renewed confidence in yourself and know that you can tackle any obstacle if it arises.
